Plaster deposit of Chrebalo (Ambrolauri municipality): geology, mineralogy, conditions of origin and fields of use

The main goal of the master's thesis "Plaster deposit of Chrebalo (Ambrolauri municipality): geology, mineralogy, conditions of origin and fields of use" was to take rock samples from the field, to make slabs and chemical analysis. The paper presents tectonic and geological maps. Old topographic maps of the ore fields were also developed and new ones prepared. After the geological structure and tectonics of the region, there is a lot of talk about the geology of the deposit, where the structures participating in the geological structure of the deposit are described. A description of the slabs along with the photo material and the results of the chemical analysis are presented. The concluding part of the paper presents the geological conditions of the origin of the deposit and the recommendations regarding the use of gypsum.
