The laser scalpel founded the bloodless operations category. Modern ophthalmology is unimaginable without laser. Laser operation requires maximum accuracy and caution. The information around the laser in the work is analyzed in a physical perspective. Besides, positives and advantages of laser therapy are presented. In this paper we will discuss how and when the laser beam can be used in the field of medicine.
