Transformation of triadimephon enantiomers: A chromatographic study

Annotation:

The present thesis discusses the influence of temperature on the separation and interconversion of triadimefon enantiomers by liquid chromatography. The experiments were performed on cellulose tris (3-chloro-4-methylphenylcarbamate) covalently immobilized on silica gel.. The mobile phase used in these studies was n-hexane/2-propanol mixture with the ratio 95/5 volume by volume. The substance studied was triadimephone, a fungicide used in agriculture against various fungal diseases.
