New platform "Resource Management"and its software for companies management

Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools and software engineering to meet project requirements for successful project execution. There are different approaches to management, which ultimately focus on better management of the development process and better implementation of the final product. Most companies today prefer the Agile software methodology because of its flexibility and the various advantages that we will discuss in this paper. This approach has repeatedly proven its uniqueness, which is the result of a mixture of its positive and negative properties. The most popular platform for this methodology is Jira, which is used by more than 180,000 companies worldwide[1]. Note that the platform does not offer an absolutely flawless and unique working principle, since for certain types of projects there are often cases when the platform methodology is quite protracted for the project objectives. Among these problems is the fact that the portal does not have a different accounting system for employees. It also does not have time monitoring, does not have project budget monitoring and control, can not integrate with other platforms, etc. The absence of the above-mentioned problems for the perfect management of project management would give us a flawless result. To address these issues, we have developed a 3-component program that allows us to work using Jira without the problems mentioned above. A 3-component platform has been developed, these components are: 1. Chrome Extension 2. Jira Extension 3. Web Application Chrome Extension assists managers and project staff in controlling time and progress on a variety of issues and tasks. The user can see the list of active tasks attached to it, find it and control its progress. It can also add a comment, pause or turn on multiple timers together. In case the connection is lost for any reason, then the customer has a choice - to continue driving from the last remembered time or start a new count. The latter functionality acts independently on all enabled timers. It is always difficult for the user to switch from one platform to another and multitask. This Jira Extension I created is built into Jira and its biggest advantage is that the user does not have constant control over several programs, it works in a kind of combination of all the other necessary programs. The Jira extension also allows it to maintain time control and progress throughout the project management process. The third component - Web Application Management team helps the potential and participants in the project to get the necessary information (qualifications, experience, skills, employment, etc.) quickly and effectively. Through this component, management can also obtain information about general statistics. The biggest advantage of the component is also that employees can get information about reports on time and continuously, including closed or terminated projects. With the help of Web Application, the management can respond in a timely manner to the created, expected problems, it also integrates with applications such as Jira, Google, Tempo and others.
