The Diels-Alder reactions of styrene and vinyltrimethoxysilane were studied and the corresponding alkylated product trimethoxy(vinylphenethyl) silane was obtained. The composition and structure of the synthesized product are determined by determining the molecular mass and molecular refraction by means of FTIR, 1H, 13C, hetero Cozy and 29Si NMR spectra. Based on the data in the literature, and spectra we think that the Diels-Alder reaction proceeds with obtaining of a mixture of ortho- and para-addition isomeric products. It is difficult to assign NMR spectrum signals to para- or ortho-addition products. Since there is an overlap between these signals. NMR spectra have been studied by us with various programs: ChemBioDraw Ultra, Mestre Nova and 1H NMR spectrum simulation study methods, which have been used to confirm signal overlap. By “in situ” polymerization of trimethoxysilylated styrene in the presence of dicumol peroxide in the filler pine sawdust, composite materials were prepared by hot pressing method. The mass ratio of trime- thoxylated styrene and sawdust was 5:95, at different temperatures, and obtained from environmentally safe wood polymer composites Physical-mechanical properties of composites are studied. It has been establi- shed that the water absorption of composites decreases with increasing pressing temperature of the com- posite and the bending hardness and the value of impact viscosity rises.
