Processing the nontraditional technology of formation for solar cell.

The paper presents the technology of defining a solar cell based on semiconductor silicon and its basic electro-physical parameters. The traditional technology of making it is complex and requires multiple diffusion processes and photolithography. In addition, the solar element converts radiation energy, it could be due to these and other natural losses, in part into electrical energy. The full use of this source is delayed, and at the present stage the main thing is to create a device that converts solar energy into electricity with as little loss as possible. The paper discusses one of the attempts to create such a device.
