Annotation The Master's thesis deals with the introduction of self-service program in public places, such as: House of Justice, border checkpoints, various ministries. The main goal of the program is to integrate different types of data, declarations, different types of information about individuals in the system. The system specifically deals with the customs declaration of a physical person, which will be submitted at the customs checkpoints. Although the program in this case is tailored to a specific, one area, it is possible to generalize it and introduce it in different public institutions. The main advantages of the system can be divided as follows: • Promotes proper time management. • It is possible to get different type information about one person. • Reduces the costs of a company or a specific institution, because in this case fewer operators are needed. • Best suited to a particular customer, which means that the person can choose the language they want. • Easy to manage and develop by the developer. Because the program is directly related to users, their personal information as well as material values, it is important that it be reliable, accurate, secure and universal.
