Thesis examines discusses the study of user behavior in the electronic system, also it includes the e-commerce directions with its organizational models. There is a study about the use of electronic technology in the world e-commerce, including e-commerce development trends in the world business and the use of both positive and negative sides. In the context of scientific and technical progress, the Internet, as one of the main e-commerce technologies, is not only an important resource for our daily lifestyle, but also a key tool for managing various activities, which saves our time and material cost. With all of this in mind, we have created a system that will allow students to remotely submit file for student accommodation, which will save their time and also it will simplify the relationship between administration and students
