Separation of enantiomers of new chiral sulfoxides using high-performance liquid chromatography. Major goal of the present thesis was the study of the separation of enantiomers of new chiral sulfoxides by high-performance liquid chromatographic method. 13 different solfoxides were studied and following stationary phases were used: Lux Amylose1, Lux i-Cellulose 5, Lux Cellulose -4. Apart from polar-organic mobile phases such as methanol, 2-propanol and acetonitrile, n-hexane-isopraponal mixtures (with different ratios) were used as mobile phases. In addition, enantiomers were fractionated for few chiral sulfoxidex and enantiomer elution order was studied.
