Research of chemical composition of different types of wine in Georgia

The study of the chemical composition of wine plays an important role in the global wine industry. Wine chemical analysis is essential to ensure product safety and compliance with international market regulatory laws, as well as to improve production processes to understand the fundamental aspects of grape and wine production. Advanced methods of instrumental analysis have been used more widely in this field in recent years. The aim of the research of our master thesis was to study the chemical composition of different types of Georgian wines. For this we used internationally recognized chemical- physical and physical (FTIR) methods. Periodic organoleptic and physico-chemical analysis of wine is necessary when making or storing wine.
