An online platform-based scientific journal plays an important role in the e-learning process. However, it is a much more effective way to monitor the evaluation of scientific papers and increase the productivity of related processes. The project has developed an electronic journal platform that includes all the key components of a modern journal management system. The system provides editorial processes: classification of papers, annotation, publication, long-term storage, use of statistics and more. The e-journal not only provides the ability to view articles remotely and expedite the pre-publication procedures, but also aims to create a unified scientific platform.
